描述
A simple mod that gives Scouts (and Pathfinders) a promotion that allows them to enter the borders of other Civs without having to get open borders first. And... that's it. Simple, huh?

very nice, i flooded a random civ with scouts to the point where leaving the capital city wasnt even an option

Yup, I modified it quite a bit and there's serious debate about including this into VP or expanding the mod itself. Happy to see your opinion there :P

I made new version of your mod compatible with MUCfVP mod. MAy I post it in VP Mods Repository catalogue? For now I had it only for my personal use.

Later civ scouts don't seem to have the same ignore border properties?

make it so that scouts can be killed while in other players borders though, with diplomatic costs
