Windy Race [Health 1 Race]

Have you ever wanted to try starbound in Health 1?
Well, this mod adds Windy from the Japanese RPG Maker community, VIPRPG, as a race in Health 1!
How exiting!
Windy is the incarnation of wind magic and is very ephemeral. They are fragile, impotent, sickly, have no will to live, and die at the slightest touch.

Well, we have a twitch streamer who cleared it with this fun mod. Unbelievable! The author hasn't even cleared it up yet! Thanks to her! Let's all travel the universe with HP1!

Any Character Extender is required.

・Additional craft staff/wand dedicated to Windy. It's a pity that it doesn't have any unique abilities, but at least it should go well with the look of the armour. Of course, existing melee weapons can be crafted for melee players.

This mod is my first mod. It's mostly appropriated from the cute universe humans, except for Health 1. Anyway, I wanted to play starbound in Health 1, so the rest is a mess. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
