Updated Radar

This radar is new based on my previous one that was to say the least - a dud. This new one tracks and logs targets, overwriting the old detections as it goes around. With an on the fly range adjust and full compatability with any of the latest radars, this is a very functional mc.

Make sure to set the max range of your radar by selecting the microcontroller with the select tool and checking the max range in your radar's bottom left.
