Almost No Friendly Fire

This mod removes ally-harming and enemy-helping effects from all weapons (including spells) except those which affect all units, the entire battlefield, or 15% of the battlefield (which were excluded because they could have a much larger impact on game balance). If enough people want to include those weapons, I might consider making a "No Friendly Fire" mod, but that goes beyond my personal interest.

Due to the limitations of CoE modding, this mod also cannot change a few damage sources which the game does not classify as weapons, such as the Hydra's Poison Aura.

I take no stance on whether this mod is an improvement to CoE. Different people are almost certain to have different opinions. I made the mod simply because I was curious what the game would be like with most of the friendly fire removed, and I wanted to find out. If you want to find out too, now you can. Or, if you already know you hate friendly fire, what are you waiting for?

Because this mod does not add any content, updating it should not break saved games. However, use it only at your own risk. Frequent backup saves are always advised, even if you aren't using any mods.
