Balanced Floors Market Value

The idea behind this mod is to balance the Market value of the Floors, because if you pay attention to the colony wealth, most floors are just expensive for nothing and should never be built.

The Market value is not chosen randomly:
I kept Wood floor market value, adjusted Concrete market value to use it as a base, then add $1.765/Beauty or, $1.593/Beauty if flammable.
For fine floors, I put all at $36, and only add $1/Beauty for Fine carpets.
They are value of Marble small sculture (normal), Marble large sculpture (normal) and Marble large sculpture (good).

The floors with effect on Cleanliness are ignored (other use than beauty), and smoothed floors cost is already fine ($8 for Beauty 2, a non-flammable carpet).


This way, I can start to use more floors without feel like I waste wealth.
