However, a couple of questions:
- Why "must have an selected Beneficiary"? Why cannot I found a crusader state for myself?
- "must be a duchy within the realm of the Primary Defender" ... Why not secondary defenders' too? For example, IRL the 1st Crusade aimed for Jerusalem but a crusader state was formed as far as in Edessa. It might not belong to the primary defender but to his ally, or even not an ally at all, just the same religion.
