Compact Parking

is an assets pack containing basic functional parking lots that can be used to make your city comes to life and looks more realistic. You can make this pack to full use with TM:PE's Realistic Parking setting, where you can see vehicles utilizing all of the parking spaces. Use Move It too because why not.

Parking lots can be found in:
- Parks and Plazas > Plazas
- Find It! 2 search 'parking'

Parking contributes to land and entertainment value based on the amount of parking spots provided after plopping it down just like a park. They don't consume any water or sewage service but they consume electricity according to the number of lamppost. Parking lots don't attract any visitors so you won't see any weird people standing in the middle of a parking area. Also, no road connection needed for them to work properly.

This is exactly what I needed for my cities: parking lots in different sizes with markings that fit really nicely side-by-side that don't need required assets, mods, or DLCs. It would be nice if this pack came with horizontal (like 4x1) or 1x1 variations, other than that nice job!

@Shane_UK10 That's just some screenshots taken in one of my existing city which is in LHD. The parking assets itself is neutral, you can use them the way you like. Just try it then you'll know.

It's a tiny point but is there any chance of creating a right hand drive version? All the arrows point in the wrong direction :)

I like this pack. What I don't like is that I had to replace all lots after the update. Also it would be nice if there were some lots that align lengthwise to the road.
