Character Creation Extender 100 (down 18px)

Character Creation Extender with 100 species slots moved down 18px.
If you fill the left side of the character extender, races begin to fill the right side of the character extender. Previously, the top row on the right side of the extender showed no mouse tooltip, so you could not view racial bonuses of those races. This mod fixes that. Standalone.

Note:
Check this mod out, as it also fixes the issue, if you don't want any clipping of the buttons on the bottom but are okay with the large player icon:
