Always Running Captain Commands

描述
Makes your Captains' commands continue their progress even while the game isn't running!

More precisely: this mod records the last real-world time every command was saved and then
fast-forwards time when commands are loaded to catch up. If an ambush would've happened in
the meantime, it will happen immediately--so be ready when you load your galaxy!

For balancing:
- Having control on when ambushes happen makes things easier.
- Having all ambushes happen at the same time, even if they wouldn't have normally, makes
things harder.
- Catch-up time only happens a a 2/3 rate. Three hours with the computer off will replay
as two hours as far as command progress is concerned. This way there's still a
risk/reward advantage to managing real-time attention in the game.

Can confirm the mod still works if you simply change the version number for the current version of the game (2.5.*)

How does this work on a dedicated server I host?
Right now my captains are not progressing their tasks while I am offline, does this mod fix this?

Just came back to this great game after some long time. My old save is still working and just downloaded this mod (on the save I used the ReUpload from @MadBuffon, sad that it dissapeared). Anyway, as mentioned by @AwtismForPresident!, just fix the modinfo file (from version=2.0.* to version=2.3.*) and the mod worked fine.
