Old Truck Patch by Krys Emlyn

This file updates the Old Truck AI models to give them proper lamp masks and functioning flares. The models as provided by SCS Software do not have any lamp masks and the only flares on the model were the headlights and reverse lights. I've fixed up the models by combining pieces from the Chevy 3100 (old 60's) pickup truck and the Chevy Lowcab models to make the necessary corrections. As a signature touch, I've added reflectors where they should be on the rear tail lights and allowed the truck to accept AI traffic vehicle colors.
