PAoD - Pascal's Addendum of Darkness [Demonologist]

This is an optional balance mod for Pascal's Armies of Darkness [Demonologist]

I received some feedback from players, the generation of Blood Sacrifices (the unit used to upgrade into higher-tier soldiers, not the resource) may be too low.
Depending on playstyle, era, AI difficulty and such the game experience can vary wildly from player to player and I as the mod creator may have a different approach to it than others. While I personally like the current balance, I want to accomendate those who may feel otherwise.

This Addendum increases generation from Sacrificial Altars of all types and uses higher dice for Cult Business rituals that create Blood Sacrifices (again, the unit), resulting in more freespawn when used together with the base mod.
