These are the underground garbage containers you will find in and around Amsterdam.
This pack contains de 4 following types of containers.
Waste (Restafval) Paper (Papier) Glass (Glas) and Plastic

It has a unqiue designs that you dont find anywhere outside of Amsterdam.
It features the Amsterdam logo on the lft side of the front panel and it has the icons with dutch text under it stating what type of waste should be trown in.

You can change the color of the props to your liking by using Procedural Objects.
Or you can also do it with Prop painter 4.0. But this mod sadly got some issues.
They also have color variations.
The colors are that it comes with are Orange,Yellow, Blue and Green.
So they will still change color without those mods

I adore your mods! My cities usually start off as any place but the Netherlands, but then quickly revert back to using all kinds of Dutch style props, markings, etc. etc. I guess I'm not ready to move on :D.

so ehm... Any chance of a version _with_ Dutch text, but _without_ the Amsterdam logo?

I love this! I'm totally incorporating this into the Dutch inspired neighborhood in my current city.

Relevant: The Dutch Urbanism YouTube channel NotJustBikes did a video on how Amsterdam and other parts of The Netherlands handle trash differently from other countries. I think it's worth a watch :)
