You find these all over europe. This is the new way to store waste underground. This design is inspired from the onces that are in Amsterdam

These most commom places u will find these are in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland

You can color the props to your liking by using Procedural Objects. You can also do it with Prop painter 4.0. But this mod sadly got some issues.
They also have color variations. It comes with Orange,Yellow, Blue and Green. So they will still change color without those mods

NOTE: the garbage container does not include the under side.
