Background NPCs - AC:NH Citizens

A simple module that adds Background NPC support for the main set of villagers by catcraze777 to replace the models in the citizen category. No special Villager NPCs or custom character packs are supported at the moment, only regular character packs you are subscribed to will be added to the model list.

If you have Decent Vehicles installed as well as React then driver models will all be React, to work around the fact that really unique characters driving the cars will exit the vehicle and become a completely different character.

• Thunder Makes Fire -- Lightning starts fires where it strikes.
  
• Lots of Currency -- Fun little collectibles to make things more joyous.
  
• Death: Combined Luggage -- Drop all your weapons, ammo, money, and inventory in a convenient carrying case that combines with others to reduce lag.
  
• Background NPCs - AC:NH Citizens -- Have fun little Animal Crossing characters walk around your world.
  
• Timely Music -- Play music based on the weather and time of day, compatible with most music addon packs.

Please do not reupload this or include it in ServerContent, I'm working hard to keep this updated and compatible with other mods. I do not want people to get a bad impression that I can't help fix.
