Teleport Beam Colors for Better Ships

This one's been in the backlog for way too long considering how small it is...

Recolors the teleport beams/mech deploy pods of all vanilla races to better match the ship light colors used by the Imm's Object and Icon Tweaks addon for Better Ships. No more pink Novakid beams while the rest of their theming is yellow.

This mod doesn't technically require Imm's Object and Icon Tweaks to function, but the colors will be inconsistent if you aren't using it.
