DO NOT USE THIS MOD. It does not increase tax rate and it is still unbalanced.

Instead, please use "More People For Village" by TheNesur: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2814928159

PLEASE DO NOT USE. I couldn't figure out what game properties change the tax rate on buildings.

Use the above posted mod instead.


Old description:

All original credit to Rafo.

This is a mod of https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2524216462 to give more people in all the houses.
The new capacities per house are:

Hovel - 10
Cottage - 25 (150% increase from 10)
Manor - 63 (150% increase from 25)

This means that the larger buildings are always more space efficient than two or four smaller buildings in the same land area.

I don't deserve credit for most of the work here, all goes to Rafo.

I have not updated this because I could never figure out which properties affected tax rate or head-of-household count.

The problem here is you need several bathhouses to service a single manor, it's also not got any impact on tax, so you're losing money hand over foot. The idea is great, but it's creating a balance disadvantage.
