What would the point of building a Manor if more people could be housed in the same 2x2 area in Hovels or Cottages?

You may need to buff Manors to 50 pop for this mod so they're worthwhile.

yes there should be 50 in the manor but i say that maybe 25 in the cottage as well?

Please fix! Hovel and Cottage play nicely while looking to add just those couple more people, the Manor not so much. Yes, it gives more people, but for the space it uses you're better off with 2 Cottages.
Hovel being 1x1 with 10 people.
Cottage 1x2 with 20 people.
Manor 2x2 with 30 people? It isn't enough! Even 40 people would make it worth something...
