in the screenshots you're getting a very nice reflection on the tiles which isn't showing up in game for me on max settings, custom vmt which you haven't packed possibly or something else?
i think you should make the pillars in the spawn room and all the rounded edges around the map higher res or at least try to make it consistent across the map, as in the spawn room alone you have the narrow hallway with 12 vertices for a semi circle but then the tunnel to the right of it has only 7 vertices and is much larger, making one look very nice and the other very sharp.
should also try compiling with staticproppolys and static prop lighting to get some nice shadows on the showers in the shower room.
