Perfected Platforms

Greatly improve the aesthetic, connections, rendering and (hopefully) performance of platforms.

After years of modding Starbound for myself I've finally made a mod that I think is useful enough to upload.
what started as trying to fix a small rendering error on some platforms, turned into rewriting the entire config file from scratch to make platforms perfect. Or at least better than the under-the-hood mess it was.
Along with redesigning their appearances to work with the new code, I made them more accurate to their hit-boxes, and more visually unique and interesting than the basically palate-swaps most of them were before.
Platforms now connect with other platforms of different types, without any cut-off textures. And platforms now have their end caps whenever they end, not just when next to blocks.

Perfected Platforms is completely compatible with any other mod that adds new platforms; though modded platforms will still use the vanilla platform behaviour.
