Information:

The AGM-16D 2x2 VLS Launcher is a modular single-cell launcher capable of launching newer VLS ready AGM-16D Block IV "Squirrel" missiles. It uses hatch ejection over a normal hatch and is much smaller than it's AGM-16C counterpart. This is the 2x2 variant using 4 cells similar to the 2 cell & 1 cell variants, the launcher is modular and more can be manually added, however these are preset variants for instant use.

@NikolaiJakov47 It doesn't appear so. It seems that on launch, the missile lifts from the tube, orients in a fixed direction and then begins searching for a target. So the target will be in a 'cone' area in front of the VLS. One solution I've found is to build your own cell of VLS tubes, by using the single tube and rotating it. I've made an eleven shot cell that I can drop into my own ships or modify workshop creations, which then has the tubes oriented to fire missiles fore, aft, port and starboard, depending on the button I press on an instrument panel.

is there a way to feed target coordinates (x,y, alt) to this system and the other VLS systems? like the reloadable launchers

Hi the missile do almost no damage i think that is because the warhead is in the back would there be a way to move it to the front?:steamthumbsup:

Hello! I'm curious to the difference between the AGM-16D Block IV and the AGM-16C Block III. How is the Block IV better compared to the Block III?
