🩹 C14M1 Police Cubemap "Fix"

There's a cubemap in c14m1_junkyard with a purple blob.
Caused by the cubemap entity that has been placed right above light entities.
The light sprites got baked into the cubemaps.
The police car, and any nearby props, look like they're glowing from below.

I took a nearby cubemap and copied it over the one with the blob.
No more purple blob and apparent "Glow"

Technically this isn't broken. it just looks a bit odd.
