Better Crusade Notifications

Ever wish you could be notified of the start and end of crusades and other great holy wars no matter where you are in the world, or what faith your character follows? If so, then this mod is for you!

This mod makes it so that the events that signal the start and end of a great holy war always notify human players, even when they normally wouldn't be involved. It works for both undirected (called by a spiritual head of faith, like crusades) and directed (temporal head, like Jihads) great holy wars.

Compatible with any mods that don't alter "great_holy_war_events.txt" or the great holy war CBs.
