[TFA] M14 (Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War)

I was hopeful Treyarch would finally let this gun be automatic. They didn't, so I did it myself because that's how it is on the real weapon. Semi by default but can be switched to automatic.

Yes, I'm uploading the improved ones one at a time, but a pack will be uploaded when I'm done with all of them.
