The APC is a combine modified design to better fit their needs. It is seen mostly in city 17. You can also hear its alarm going past every so often. In the images above, you can see the combine dealing with shoplifters.

It was hard to fit the engine in here, but I do like how it turned out. The body isn't as good as it perhaps could be, but with the wedges I don't think it can be much better.
