America - Franklin Roosevelt
- With Brave New World -
UA - Founding Fathers - +3 Golden Age Points, +2 Production, and +1 Culture in the Capital for every Social Policy adopted.
- With Empires Ascendant -
UA - Founding Fathers - +2 Authority, Culture, and Production and +1 Prestige in the Capital for every Social Policy adopted.

UU - B17 - Unique bomber unit of the American civilization. Replaces the Bomber. They are very difficult to bring down due to their superior defensive abilities when compared to ordinary Bombers.
UB - Country Ranch - Unique American replacement for the Garden. Grants Food, Culture, and Happiness, but no bonus to Great People generation. +2 Gold from Cows.
America - George Washington
UU - B17 Schooner - Naval Unit that specializes in attacking cities and capturing enemy ships, especially other Privateers. Only America can construct it. Fights best in friendly territory.

Work great. Thanks for the fix. My opinion is the +2 Culture and +2 Production per Social policy is too strong a bonus. Gained an early game advantage and maintained it. Culture Victory around 1920 game year.

I've adopted two social policies and don't see any change in Culture per turn. Do I have to complete the whole Social Policy tree to see the +2 culture in the Capital?
