Frackin' Universe Patch for the Avali Modular Mech
Fixed by Moonpaw, hopefully. All I fixed (again, hopefully) is the default unlocks that are missing. Like the wooden Platform for instance.

Adds compatability for Frackin' Universe. Changes are similar to the XS Patch. Expect minor differences (mostly stat stuff, but that isn't actually implemented yet).
