Looks like you don't have the correct fullbright mod in the mods folder, just the example mod

Welp, bad news, mod priorities are correct, this mod is set to always load after Arachne mod and reskin. Upload your log file on Pastebin and I'll quickly check what's wrong, no promises though. I assume the fullbright mod works fine for your other mods?

It's possible this mod and the reskin have the same priority so they load in a random order (which happened to be the correct order for me, but not for you), I'll check to be sure when I get home tomorrow. Something like that already happened to my Draconis reskin once, hehe

I do have your full reskin (and by extension the color patch) but otherwise, i don't have anything that impacts arachne appearances. On new characters I see the mod doing something (the eyes start black and then become red after like a second) but they don"t glow.
Would modded hair have something to do with it?? I didn't think it would but now I'm having doubts.

Seems to be working fine for me. Do you have any other mods that change how Arachne looks?

Yo, doesn't seem to work. It just turns the eyes red and they don't do the glowy thing. This is old and stuff but if you do look into it i would be very grateful. have a nice day!
