this station primary objective is provide data for automatic correction system on board aircraft

Not simulation, but just standard way to indicate wind direction in any situation is to have it be "from x", otherwise specify it if you differ.

@Neottious I wasnt trying to simulate METAR, so made it how it was more convinient to me

shouldn`t be like that, probably some game mechanics does that. keep active block is there, but it doesnt help.

as soon as i teleport away from the station, it seems to lose its channel :( i wanted to use several of these, but somehow doesnt work. Always resets to channel 0

Wind data appears inverted. On METAR, wind direction is given as direction it's blowing from, not where it's blowing to. In contrast, your system gives where wind is blowing towards.
