Basic Modern Couch Set [Updated]

It's not much more than just a rework of whole thing, I firstly made it only for personal use but after short talk with initial author we decided that I'll better publish it

Here the changes:
1. Tons of flexes (not that much, but posing your characters on these props will be much interesting and easier)
2. Normal textures, better phong, exponent and all that shiny stuff
3. Reworked skin system (instead of 16 baked textures there's 16 vmt files, that 99(opy original colors but also each is paintable
