Basic Modern Couch Set [Outdated]

We need furniture!! And why not start off with some simple, modern pieces?
3 models. Each model has 16 colors.
These are not paintable sorry but you can look at tutorials on here on how to change the texture if you don't like it.
Perfect with TF2 but you can use it for any project.

NOTE:
Original models and textures are from E.A. Maxis (Sims4).

UPDATE:
There is an updated co-op version of this couch set which allows for realism with the seat cushions. Mr. Festive made a huge contribution to this updated model set and I hope you guys check it out.
