Immersive Common Infected

This is a mod that updates common infected populations in order to make the game feel more immersive.

Some population changes include
-Biker commons from passing in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of Dark Carnival
-Road crew in Chapter 2 of The Passing
-Formal Commons at Cemetery (Chapter 3 of The Parish)
-Ceda uncommons at some ceda zones
-fallen survivors now have a very rare chance to spawn in some populations
-and much much more

I was inspired by the l4d1 uncommons and the population changes in The Last Stand update so I did that to l4d2
No I am not gonna make this compatible with other population mods

This version is compatible with any common infected mods as long as they do not edit the population file
