Add CEDA Hazmat Infected to Liberty Mall

描述
Allows CEDA agents to spawn in The Mall and The Atrium (c1m3 and c1m4). These maps will now use the "c1streets" population, the same as the other Dead Center maps.

Hazmat zombies will not appear in the survival level "Mall Atrium" because the "c1streets" population is prevented from spawning hazmat zombies in Survival mode, by default.

This mod does NOT change the population.txt file, only modifying the c1m3_mall.nav and c1m4_atrium.nav files, so it will be compatible with any population mods you have.

Works in singleplayer and when you host a local server.

Thanks for making this. It never made sense for CEDA not to be at the mall when it was literally the local evacuation center. Especially with it being overrun

@gaugezilla06 If you want to add hazmat guys to Mercy Hospital's rooftop, it is easy to create a population.txt mod -- you just need to modify the population "hospitalrooftop_l4d1"

Could you do one that adds the Riot Infected? I remember one being in the intro snatching Ellis' weapon as he goes into the elevator, so they must have been cut from the levels at some point and moved to the Parish. Woulda been cool to see in more levels :steamsad:

@20Flames1 If you want ceda guys in Dark Carnival all you need to do is edit the population.txt file and add them.
