This is an enhanced version of my previous map, called "tf2_snipersapt". As the name implies, it features Sniper's Mannhattan craphole of an apartment. It first appeared in "Scout's Sugar Rush", and has since showed up in several other videos. The name isn't the only change, though. Compared to the original release, this version has things like extra details, switchable windows, and much more. Check the features list below for a full list.

Requires Team Fortress 2 to be installed and mounted in Garry's Mod to work.

Features:

-3 rooms: a joint kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
-Almost very prop inside the apartment can be removed to make space for something else - including the stove, the bookshelf and even the pillows on the bed!
-The doors can also be removed - they were left there for those who wish to animate them.
-The map is built to TF2 scale - meaning that it may appear rather big in Garry's Mod.
-No ambient sounds to worry about while capturing video footage.
-The hallway door can be opened and closed at will - just press E while looking at it.
-[NEW] You can switch between day and night windows using the button located outside of the windows.
-[NEW] High quality cubemaps, in both HDR and LDR.
-[NEW] Enhanced lighting and various visual improvements, plus extra details.
-[NEW] Map menu icon for quick identification.

Feel free to use this in your own videos, including monetized ones (does NOT apply to videos hidden behind a paywall). However, I'd appreciate it if you mentioned the map name in the credits and/or provided a link to this page.
