This elementary school was built in 1956 in a village in the north of Sweden. The style of architecture is very common in schools from the same time period. In 1971 a small sports hall was built next to the school, an asset which you can find here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2458745941
(Note that the sports hall requires the Green Cities DLC).

The asset was created from the elementary school template and the stats are approximately 1/2 of those of the vanilla school.

The lot size is 3x6 and the ground was kept free from props so that you can add the detailing of your choice.
