This is a small sports hall built in 1971. In real life this building serves as the sports hall for a small village school in the north of Sweden. The building's footprint is approximately 18x18 meters.

The building was created using the Sports Hall and Gymnasium template from the Green Cities DLC. Most of the building stats are set to 1/10th of the original values. You'll find this building in the healthcare tab.

I kept the lot size small (3x3 units) and without props so that you can decorate the surrounding area in your own style.
