With this mod you can create Client States from the start of the game, you don't even need to care about oversee restrictions anymore!

E.g.: You want to create a South African Client State in your colonized areas in 1600?
NO PROBLEM, JUST DO IT!

Unfortunately this mod is not compatible with big mods like extended timeline or else
