As instructed above, I've opened the "XComGame.ini" file (on my CPU, located in the XComGame/Config folder) and didn't see an appropriate line or even a "5" value that could be edited to a lower value (1). The file's content (example below) looks more like a series of references. I've not tried to edit a .ini file before, but am happy to make this first effort. I feel like I'm looking in the wrong file(?)
