Alis Ubbo

描述
Alis Ubbo, meaning 'Pleasant Haven' in the Phoenician language, adds a small new Punic country where Lisbon (Portugal) is currently located. There are many historical references that suggest a trading colony would have existed in that location in 304 BCE, and archaeological excavations suggest a Punic presence as far back as 1200 BCE. As the Phoenician civilization spread across the Mediterranean, they came to Iberia looking to trade for rare metals with local tribes.

The mod features a new mission tree centered around expanding Alis Ubbo’s metal trading empire, eventually controlling the Western Atlantic coast up as far as the ‘Tin Islands’ of Britannia. Highlights include new event visuals, founding new colonies, and acquiring new treasures. The Punic Canaanite country starts as a Plutocratic Monarchy with Coastal Heritage.

Taking the 'Pleasant Haven' mission will trigger unique events.


Compatibility:
  • Imperator Rome version 2.0 'Marius'.
  • Not compatible with mods that edit the \setup\main\00_default.txt file.
  • Compatible with Interesting Treasures mod.
  • Compatible with Interesting Histories mod.
  • Not achievement compatible.
  • Localisation: English

Do not use Alis Ubbo with Invictus. The missions from this mod are already fully implemented in Invictus, so this mod is not needed.

The mod is fully compatible with Imperator 2.0.4

I believe this mod will not be integrated in Invictus as it is a-historical right? Will you make it compatible though?

Playing a campaign as Alis Ubbo right now and it's fun. It's a good little mod you made. May take inspiration from it if I ever create a mod for Imperator

Hello, a number of community members, including myself, are working on creating a community flavor expansion/overhaul mod for Imperator Rome called Imperator Invictus. Our hope and goal is to try and keep Imperator Rome alive, now that it has been possibly abandoned by Paradox. We wanted to ask you if you would give us permission to integrate your mod into the Imperator Invictus mod, and as well as ask whether or not you would be willing to potentially join us.

@MobyDack - It wasn't hard to make, but it did take a long time. There are some very innovative mods being worked on for I:R so keep a look out.
