Shreddys' Complex Blocks Girder Paint Fix

A small fix for Shreddys' Complex Blocks that makes the SCB girder paintable.

All credit to Shreddys. I just added paint versions to one texture and changed one flag.

Hue values were taken from the SCB pipe colours.


Compatibility: Should be compatible with everything that's compatible with SCB.
It replaces two SCB texture files (the girder block and its icon) and patches the material file for the block.


(Note: This is a fix for the original SCB Girder. It does not affect the Frackin' Universe version called Sloped Girder. I'd prefer not to go digging into something as massive as FU.)
