Hey, since you asked so nicely. You can use the textures I made. :)
I will probably get around to creating that train at some point. If you prefer, I can prioritize this one since it looks very similar to this.
I have one more DB mod in my queue, and then I'm starting on my next round of SBB trains anyway. :)

It's a feature that has yet to come. The developer of this game is toying around with the idea to 'build' trains by picking cars and locs individually like in most other games. (or something along these lines)

@Timcool as a matter of fact the EW IV based InterRegio and InterCity trains can include pretty much any SBB passenger coach
i think it will be easier to build them to reality once the Dev has updated train schemes to allow players to build their own trains from existing coaches

This train has the EW IV cars :)
I'll add a separate train to the to do list for the Bpm 51 cars.
