Kriger Victory T88 Service Truck

Ah yes the infamous T88. The truck that was known as the ugliest machine no one will ever buy! Hidden in the many things Kriger built is the T88, a truck that was designed and built to be sold to the military. Extremely simple in design and construction even a little too simple. As a General once said of the T88: "it's just a damn truck chassis with a box on it!" Kriger was aiming to enter the 8x8 truck market with the T88. They would call their 8x8 trucks the Victory series. Even though they did enter the 8x8 truck market with the T88 they didn't see any success. Its contract with the military lasted 3 years and Kriger never built any additional T88 afterwards. Some T88 were sold off to the civilian market such as this fine example. It was used by an Off-Road Recovery company as a service truck. In fact, this very example is the sole surviving T88!

Like the other T series trucks from Kriger; it's quite a big machine!

This creation is loosely inspired by the real world Ford M656 military truck. Which I find pretty ugly.

Note: The diesel bowser tank is empty, you will need to fill it to use it. Fortunately for you, I'm also working on a T series diesel tanker truck!
