Easy Patch for Supper's Combat Overhaul

A patch that makes Supper's Combat Overhaul easier! Requires you to have the original mod installed.

Monster health and damage are halved while npcs have less health. More killing, less dying, less frustration!

With this, you should be able to comfortably take on hordes of enemies alone even with equipment from previous tiers. A difficulty recommended if this is your first time playing through the game.

The reason enemies are strong in the base mod is that they are balanced around the availability of very powerful but somewhat rare varieties of weapons and armor for the player as well as the player being able to summon captured monsters and crewmembers. The difficulty in this patch is balanced around players having common equipment when exploring planets from higher tiers without any companions and should be closer to vanilla.

I don't really play Starbound any more, but this was requested by someone.
