High Elves: Hunters of Mathlann

描述
The third in my series of new female units for the High Elves. As always, these are not lore friendly.

High Elven Tempests (handgunners): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2411648535
Mistral Heralds (T3.5 dual sword infantry): https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2421238485

There are two recruitable units here: Tidefall Hunters and Ascendant Hunters. Both are recruited from the blessed grove and are elite infantry T4/T5.

These units are intended to work as a pair. They are both anti-large specialists with vanguard deployment and stalk.

Tidefall Hunters have a ranged attack with a strong slow and a long reload. Their melee also debuffs enemy attack/defense and speed. They get moderately strong bonuses vs large on both melee and ranged.

Ascendant Hunters are monster/cavalry hunter glaive infantry. They get massive bonuses vs large, on top of already solid base stats. They also have an activated ability "Call Down the Sky", which summons the third unit of the mod, Mathlann's Stormborn. This is a unit of four elite ethereal halberd infantry, that use the wonderful Aranessa halberd animations. The stormborn arrive in a burst of lightning that do moderate damage. This ability has a few complexities:
It starts on cooldown, and can only be charged when the Ascendant Hunters are in melee combat.
When activated, the Ascendant Hunters gain unspottable and a reasonably strong health regen (this is good). However, they are also immobile, with -100 MA and MD for a period of about 20 seconds (this is very very bad).

So, you need to be in combat to charge this ability, but if you use it in melee combat you will die very very quickly. So the unit needs to be able to duck in and out of combat to use it effectively, which is where the slows on the Tidefall weapons come in. Still, it's a lot of micro.

Attention: Despite being anti-large, neither unit has charge defence. You cannot use these in place of Silverin/Phoenix guard. You should be using Tidefall Hunters or spells to slow cavalry/monsters, then having the Ascendant Hunters charge them. Both units are very resistant to knockdown, so they can stand up against cavalry charges, but they will take a lot more damage than most polearm infantry. On the other hand they absolutely blend large targets.

I'll be likely tinkering with the balance over the next few weeks, and am happy to take feedback, but I thought these were pretty enough to go public now.
