Restores the abilities of Babylon and Hammurabi from our CJL's Babylon mod.

Babylon

Babylonian Ingenuity: Great Works of Literature provide additionally 2 Science and Culture. Libraries generate +1 Great-Writer-Point and have a slot for a Great Work of Literature. Receive a Eureka, by getting a Great Writer, and an Inspiration by getting a Great Scientist.


Hammurabi

Code of Hammurabi: Cities with Governors receive an Amenity and excert more pressure. Can build the Government Plaza with Code of Laws, and cities in 6 tiles around it are always loyal. Receives a Wildcard Slot with Political Philosophy, when the Government Plaza is built.


Please note that this only entails the CUA and the LUA.
