HL2 Airboat Remaster

描述
Updated visual recreation of the Airboat. Has all the original function of the standard airboat (prop bodygroups/ gun) as well as a skin variation to have glowing lights.

This update is less extravagant as the airboat is a fairly simple creation to begin with. Alterations were made to the engine design for realism and additional struts were added so the engine isn't supported by a single crossbar. The exhaust no longer comes out of a box under the seat and the fuel supply now connects to the engine. Wires of various types also connect the various electric components.

This particular addon will add a new vehicle entry to your list in the vehicles tab. This does not replace the standard buggy.

The primary difference is this airboat has its data altered to allow for a higher top speed than the hl2 base.

This addon also adds a replacement for the airboatgun prop which is use for various parts of the campaign.

The comments are closed on the hl2 remaster version, just wondering if there's a reason why it breaks halfway through water hazard and doesn't change to the mounted gun version. I've tried everything I can think of and it won't give me the gun.

You have to use ent_setname on the vehicle and set it to something (airboat01) first then perform that command using that name. Think of it this way, you could have ten airboats on a server so it wants a specific named entity instead of just `all` of them

Enabling the body group does show the gun but it does not seem to work, even after typing ent_fire airboat enablegun 1. Is the gun functional?
