Outer Manchuria

A simple mod that adds decisions to core and rename cities and states in Outer Manchuria when playing Manchukuo, RoC or PRC.
The area was part of the Qing Empire until the treaties of Aigun and Peking in the mid-nineteenth century.


Note: I used pinyin for the chinese names because names in chinese postal romanization are difficult to find for this region and i don't have enough knowledge to translate them from pinyin to postal.
If someone knows how it works or knows the correct postal names, write it in the comments.

Name origins:
Haishenwai - old chinese name of Vladivostok and still used
Boli - old chinese name of Khabarovsk and still used
North Heilunkiang - chinese name of the Amur river (in postal)
Hailanpao - chinese name of the city Blagoveshchensk. Didn't find a historic chinese name for Birobidzhan
Miaojie - translation of the chinese name of Nikolayevsk (on the chinese wiki)
North/South Kuyedao - chinese name of Sakhalin
