Hello I am making a mod that adds Japanisation decisions to conquered land. Can I use your mod and make compatibility patch with UMC and then include this in my mod? Ofc I will give you credit

I haven't tested it but since it only adds decisions it should work together.
The mod only works on the vanilla states and cities tho.
So any new cities and states in this area added by rt56 won't get a new name
