To drive:
1. climb inside using the handles on the inside of the door frames
2. enter the cockpit
3. read the controls for the seat
4. use WASD for movement
5. activate lights for improved visibility

To enter the water:
1. drive in

To exit the water:
1. drive out

To broadcast:
1. go over to the broadcast control station
2. turn on all buttons
3. input the desired channels (with the large monitor, tune to the frequency you broadcast to in order to see the final product)
4. input a camera number on the camera selection pad to begin the broadcast (1 is the interior cam, 2 is the exterior cam, and 3 is the current weather)
5. once done, select camera "0" to stop broadcasting
6. turn off all buttons
