Helis scaled to proportion with character size, when IRL replicas they are 1:1 scale (or near as practical)

This has several advantages:
- Increased immersion
- Suitability for in-game helipads, hangers & ships
- Lower mass & fuel burn
- Smaller sizes force creators to use more efficient logic, which combined with smaller size increases performance
