描述
This is a Purchasable Monarch Points mod that the AI can use.

Ever felt like rich nations should be able to develop faster? Or that you sure
would like to use all those extra ducats to get some more monarch power?
Then this is the mod for you! It adds three decisions to buy monarch power,
one for each type of power. They are always available for every non-ai
nation. They provide a means to acquire administrative, diplomatic and
military power with ducats, at a rate of 250 ducats for 100 power.

Okay mod works. Author may want to add an image for the mod or something, I would've liked having this mod in my early games.

Yeah, the AI can still use the decisions and as for mod compatibility it should be able to be used with most/all mods, though I haven't done much testing.
